Common questions

I lost my progress. Can you get it back?

Your progress, coins and pet are saved only on your phone, and we don't keep a copy. If the game was deleted, the phone was reset, or the app's data was cleared, the progress can't be brought back, by us or anyone else. To keep it safe, don't clear the game's storage in your phone's settings.

Purchases are never lost: they come back with Settings > PURCHASES > RESTORE.

How do I get Ad-Free back on a new phone or after reinstalling?

Make sure you're signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought it with, then open Settings > PURCHASES and tap RESTORE.

I paid but didn't get my purchase.

First, try Settings > PURCHASES > RESTORE with a working internet connection. If it still doesn't show up, email us with your order number: on Android it starts with "GPA." (it's in your Google Play receipt email), and on iPhone it's the order ID in your Apple receipt email.

How do I get a refund?

How do I delete my data?

Tap your flag at the top left of the home screen, scroll to the WORLD BOARDS box and tap DELETE MY WORLD BOARD DATA. Full steps and the email option are on the Delete my data page.

Someone on the boards has a bad name. What do I do?

Tap their name on the boards and choose REPORT. Reports are checked by real people. You can also BLOCK them so you don't see them anymore. Please only report names that break the World Board Rules; misusing REPORT can get you banned from the boards.

My username was changed to a temporary name.

A moderator reset it because it broke the World Board Rules. Your games still count under your temporary name, and you can choose a new username in your profile. If you think it was a mistake, email us.

Is the game OK for kids?

Yes. It's silly, never mean, and built for everyone. Players under 13 can't type names, can't use location, and only see child-directed, non-personalized ads, and only when they choose to watch one. The Lounge uses poop chips for bragging points only: no real money, ever. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Ads won't load.

Ads need an internet connection. Ad blockers, private DNS settings or some network filters can also stop them. If no ad can load, the game tells you, and some rewards offer another way to get them.

How do I turn off reminders?

Turn them off in the game's Settings, or in your phone's notification settings for Ultimate Poop Stacker.

The game is slow, freezes or closes.

Update the game to the newest version, then restart your phone. If it keeps happening, email us your phone model and what you were doing when it happened.
